Rick is a Certified Management Consultant who works closely with business leaders to develop and implement sustainable initiatives aimed at achieving defined business outcomes. He is an expert coach and communicator whose skills were developed as a senior executive in a publicly-traded, multi-billion dollar company. With the Client’s best interests always top of mind, Rick is committed to providing professional services with integrity, objectivity, and independence. In addition to being Lake and Associates’ founder, Rick volunteers as a mentor with the Canadian Youth Business Foundation, is regularly a guest speaker at the Brock University Faculty of Business, and is a member of the Canadian Association of Management Consultants.	Living near the Great Lakes we know all about the Lake Effect. An accomplished business leader with experience in the travel, gaming, retail, and car rental industries, Rashmi has worked in corporate and academic arenas in Canada, the US, and the UK. Rashmi is particularly skilled in the diagnosis and development of workplace learning solutions to address operational and strategic business needs. An experienced coach, and exceptional facilitator, Rashmi holds an MSc in Human Resource Management, a BSc (HONS), a Postgraduate Certificate in Adult Education, Facilitation and Training, and is a certified Myers-Briggs© Practitioner. Rashmi is a member of the Board of Directors for the Canadian Mental Health Association, Niagara. Rashmi recently published her first book “Rash Decisions, accept where you are, and then…Be Amazing.”
